Wonderful Customer Service!

I was excited to receive my order, but it didn't arrive within a couple of days like it usually does, so I emailed the company. Chris was quick to respond and track down my order. It was held up at the post office and would arrive a day late. They gave me a refund for shipping even though it wasn't their fault. How refreshing to work with a company that actually cares about their customers. Wonderful customer service and wonderful soap!
