We use 2-3 day Priority Mail (U.S. Postal Service) to ship your order. We strive to process and ship orders within 24 hours on business days. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, we generally ship your item the next business day. You should receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for personal hygiene products (soap). If your package is damaged during shipping or you do not receive your order, please contact us within one week of receipt, or one week from when you were supposed to receive your order. We will gladly handle the claim with the U.S. Postal Service to help you get a refund or replacement. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are eager to make things right.
